During my stay, I experienced rude staff who made us feel unwelcome. The bathroom was full of mold, and there was constant noise from the hallways at night disturbing our sleep. Additionally, we had to go to reception multiple times to ask for assistance, which was frustrating and time-consuming.

The staff were super friendly, and the location was a breeze to hop on the metro. But ya know, the lift was a bit old and slow, could use some spunk!
